🚨PLEASE DOUBLE, TRIPLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS🚨

Once your order has been placed and the shipping label has been purchased, we cannot go back. In this case, you would either have to pay for shipping again to the correct address or cancel your order (excluding the shipping amount if the shipping label was already purchased, but not shipped yet).

If the order has already gone into the hands of the shipping carrier, you must pay for the whole order again if you would like to receive your products. 

IF you reach back as soon as you can and the shipping label has not been purchased yet, the shipping address can be changed. Again, this is ONLY under the circumstance that the shipping label had not been purchased.

 

Shipping destinations:

We ship within the U.S. and Canada.

Shipping times:

Order processing will take between 1-8 business days.

Once orders have been handed off to shipping carrier, delivery may take from 2- 14 business days within the U.S. and from 1-3 months to Canada. The delivery time frame depends on many factors such as holidays, the amount of packages needed to be delivered, weather, Covid-19, etc. 

Shipping cost:

Orders over $75 will have free shipping. Orders under $75 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. Any additional custom charges will be the customer's responsibility. 

NO TRACKING Policy:

In efforts to make Arts by Bun's products accessible to all, "No Tracking" shipping method will be available at an affordable price. We thank you for your cooperation as once once orders are dropped off at the post office, transit will be out of our hands. By choosing No Tracking", you have agreed to omit tracking and accepting that Arts by Bun is NOT responsible for any untraceable items. If such a situation were to occur, we would love to hear back to work out a solution. Always and forever, thank you for your support. International shipping may take 1-3 months to arrive due to current world events.
