Once your order has been placed and the shipping label has been purchased, we cannot go back. In this case, you would either have to pay for shipping again to the correct address or cancel your order (excluding the shipping amount if the shipping label was already purchased, but not shipped yet).
If the order has already gone into the hands of the shipping carrier, you must pay for the whole order again if you would like to receive your products.
IF you reach back as soon as you can and the shipping label has not been purchased yet, the shipping address can be changed. Again, this is ONLY under the circumstance that the shipping label had not been purchased.
